Our range of services includes drainage solutions, excavation work, foundation construction, groundworks, mulching services, as well as low loader and tipper hire, and muck shifting.

Our Machinery

At S Lamont Contracts, our fleet is tailored to meet a wide range of project needs. Our equipment includes Liebherr Rubber Ducks with Engcon technology and various attachments for efficiency. We offer diggers ranging from 20T to 3T, ensuring precision and adaptability in excavation work. For material transportation, we provide 9T and 6T dumpers, along with lorries and low loaders to streamline logistics. Additionally, our fleet includes tipper lorries for effective waste management solutions.

The projects we've completed so far include housing developments with DB Contracts, Glebeview Builders, and TAL Construction, and we have consistently adhered to deadlines. The housing schemes include various tasks such as site clearance, reduced digs, main drainage installation, kerbing, road construction and foundation excavation.

Emerson Factory Expansion

Additionally, we've partnered with OB Construction on the expansion of Emerson's factory in Cookstown. This project involves constructing front and rear extensions, establishing a new service yard with loading bays, parking and turning areas for lorries and creating a 130-space car park equipped with EV charging points.
